Led the sell-side mandate for Ardent Equity and VE Partners, running a structured, competitive process that culminated in a cross-border transaction with a strategic Asian acquirer. The mandate required deep familiarity with the global automotive acoustics sub-sector and direct access to strategic buyers in Greater China — capabilities that translated into a transformational outcome and industry recognition at the Belgian M&A Awards.
